If you're under 30, listen to me. Surround yourself with smart, and intelligent and wise advisors. I have advisors for every area of my life. I seldom start anything, including business without finding out who is currently doing it and how I can learn from them. I've saved myself from unnecessary failures just by finding out who I can learn from before I start. The reason I freely dispense my thoughts and knowledge is because there are people in my life who dispense knowledge to me for free. Some even stop their work to sometimes listen to my personal issues. Some of the people I call my friends are 7, 15 and sometimes 20 to 35 years older than me. I am a student. I'm always learning and I'm not scared to say I don't know... Also I'm not scared of failure, in any area. I know I am well capable of starting over and doing it better than the first time. Find and surround yourself with people who are smarter than you. When you meet someone and they are smarter, admit: "He is smarter than me. I need to learn from him."

I just want to give a shout out to everyone who is working through their s**t. Doing the heavy lifting. Challenging themselves to change. Breaking those generational curses. Sticking to their programs. Working their therapy. Cleaning up the messes that they've made. Cleaning up the messes that other people left behind. Doing what's right regardless of anyone else. Doing whatever needs to be done for them and the ones that they love.

Y'all have my appreciation. Y'all have my respect.
