Supporting our community, one step at a time.

On Saturday, 23 May 2026, Mapogo Security was proud to sponsor and provide safety at the "One Step at a Time – Run for Recovery" charity fun run, hosted by Randmark Walk Run Cycle in Randfontein.

This event wasn't about distance; it was about heart.

Raising funds for Niel Horn's medical treatment and rehabilitation following multiple brain surgeries, the run brought the community together for a powerful cause: brain tumour awareness and recovery.

We were there to keep everyone safe so they could focus on what mattered most; showing up for Niel, for his family, and for one another.

Securing living spaces. Building community partnerships. That's what it means to be deeply rooted in our local communities.

Well done to everyone who laced up and showed up.

DEEPLY ROOTED IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES.

Today, Mapogo Security was proud to join fellow emergency services at Norienes Kleuterskool for their Safety and Emergency Services Educational Day.

Serving our communities has always been at the heart of who we are. We interacted with about 200 preschool learners, answered questions, showcased our vehicles and equipment, and built trust one small handshake at a time.

We believe effective security starts with strong community partnerships, and the safest communities are built through shared commitment, vigilance, and trust.

A huge thank you to Principal D. Graham and the school for inviting us to be part of this special day.
