If you’re a business owner in one of our host communities here is an opportunity for you. Applications are now open for the construction of graveyard fencing on the Zulti South project.

Today we are sharing information on the Community Recruitment Office (CRO), which is the formal channel through which job opportunities (normally general workers and semi-skilled) are advertised and candidates are sourced from host communities.

Over the past decade, RBM has nearly doubled its female representation - moving from 15% in 2015 to 28% in 2026. Beyond our operations, we are also committed to empowering women in our host communities by supporting opportunities that enable them to participate, lead and contribute to sustainable local development.
