Prepare you, your employees and your premises for actual Star grading if you desire that and/or ensure that you comply with all aspects in terms of the Act should your premises be visited by any Inspector from the Department;
When enlisting as a client of Technilaw, you will receive a free of charge Star grading display Board where Stars can be displayed after grading. Should grading not be required the display board will advertise the fact that you are actively running a Safety System;
Technilaw will assist you, without any additional costs, with any investigation which result from any accident/incident on your premises or the premises where your employees work as contractors;
Technilaw will further ensure that all legal documentation which is required in terms of the COMPENSATION FOR OCCUPATIONAL INJURIES AND DISEASE ACT, is forwarded to the Workmen’s Compensation without any additional costs on your side as part of our service delivery;
Technilaw can further assist you in drawing up Disciplinary Procedures, based on the internal disciplinary policies of your company which comply with the Bill of Human Rights, the Constitution and all legislation applicable in this regard. This will be done without any additional costs if you are enlisted with Technilaw.
