Also note that all current Letters of Good Standing Certificates will expire on 30th April 2024.
Late submissions will result in penalty fees of 10%

You need to be fully activated as a representative for your company on your efiling profile to be able to access all the functions that you need for your company.
Some services like registering for VAT or PAYE might not be available to you because you are not fully activated as a representative.

CIPC is securing accounts after their major hack. In the latest update, the group said that, it has implemented a new customer verification process for SA ID holders as well as Foreign Passport holders.

The administrative non-compliance penalty for the failure to submit a return comprises fixed amount penalties based on a taxpayer’s taxable income and can range from R250 up to R16 000 a month for each month that the non-compliance continues.
On the 1st of every month you will incur these fees until you submit your returns.
