This is done by working in the field of training, development and research. Through the use of unique training models combined with research, results are achieved (Refer to learner comments). We have been working in this industry for 13 years with really amazing results. We have a method working with the SETA QMS/QALA systems to get the external verification site visits done in a timeously manner
and to produce competency certificates to the learners who were successful in their assessments. We also have a refresher course in place to assist the learners that was declared NOT YET competent after the training to work until they become competent. Our aftercare support programme is legendary – ensuring that we get repeat business from most of our customers for five consecutive years without marketing. Finally, when we work on a learnership with unemployed learners we ensure that all the learners are hosted by reputable organisations. For example, 27 unemployed learners from The Department of Rural Development and Land Reform through an agreement with Tshwane North College were all placed at host organisations in the surrounding areas. We pride our work with all people with disability learners as we have trained over 100 people where we assisted companies prepare the environment to be suitable for the learners and where most of the learners were appointed on a permanent basis. All our facilitators have done a sign language and first aid course. Our mission is to conduct business with integrity, and deliver training and services that will improve and change the lives of South Africans. Our vision was formed using the South African spirit of “Umuntu umuntu ngabantu”. We believe in sharing the knowledge to change, empower and enrich human (abantu) interactions.
