Axent Signs is looking for an experienced Designer & Fabricator to join our team in Robertson.

We’re not simply looking for someone to fill a position. We need someone who knows the signage industry, can do the job, and can be depended on when the pressure is on.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You need to be:

• Reliable, tough and dependable
• Creative, but practical and production-minded
• Meticulous about the quality of your work
• Fast enough to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Able to handle pressure without letting standards slip
• Result-driven and willing to take ownership of a job
• Comfortable working within clear systems, procedures and accountability
• A team player who communicates and follows through
• Someone who shows up, gets stuck in and gets the job done

EXPERIENCE MATTERS

Previous experience in the signage, printing or branding industry is strongly preferred.

You should be comfortable with both design and hands-on fabrication/production.

CorelDRAW experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with areas such as vinyl, ACM, Chromadek, acrylic, vehicle branding, large-format printing, fabrication, installation preparation, laser/CNC work or similar signage production will be an advantage.

We have implemented a more structured way of working at Axent Signs, with clear production processes, quality standards and accountability. We need someone who can work within that structure while still thinking for themselves and solving problems.
