Most SA employers treat it like a threat β€” something to avoid, minimise, or file in a drawer until someone comes knocking. But here's what I've seen after years of working with businesses across South Africa: The companies that embrace EE β€” that actually build it into their people strategy β€” tend to attract better talent, have lower staff turnover, and are better positioned for growth. Because EE forces you to ask: "Who are we as an employer, and who do we want to become?"
