It aims to equip newly appointed supervisors and those acting in supervisory positions with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their role as a supervisor. To change behaviour, we need to create understanding and work on the way a person views the world. Sometimes the view is not very “clear” because our perceptions and attitudes push us in behaving in strange ways.

Workshops offered by the MiChoice Institute are interactive and include:

- improved understanding of the organisation’s vision, mission and strategy
- the internalisation of the organization values, specially the value of working safe
- business philosophy and environment overview of current safety status both inhouse and at macro levels
- accident prone assessment
- realising the real cause of accidents
- safety improvement journey
- foundation of people behaviour
- changing of own behaviour to be safe
- input into a Safety Code of Behaviour
- signing of a Safe Bahavioural Pledge with a copy returned after 2 months
