Saying no is the hardest part of growth. Setting boundaries with clients and shedding old identities is about protecting your team and your purpose, even when it feels uncomfortable.
We’ve had to learn the art of negotiating. Shaky, uncertain, overwhelmed and sometimes knackered… we had to learn to be vulnerable with our clients because as we’ve seen with those who have become partners, sometimes you have to have the hard conversations, sometimes you have to point out the blind spots, and most times that’s the start of true meaningful connections.
It's worth it. Growing a business means shedding old skins. Sometimes, the hardest part is saying no.
