SUSPECT DRESSED IN FULL SECURITY UNIFORM STOOD AT THE FNB ATM & SNATCHED VICTIMS CARD AFTER THE PIN APPEARED ON SCREEN. SUSPECT ATTEMPTED TO FLEE BUT THE VICTIM SCREAMED. CENTRE SECURITY ACTED & CORNERED THE SUSPECTS. 2X SUSPECTS ARRESTED.
