CST Governance Pty Ltd Governance & Secretarial Consultants Retha Zeelie established the business during January 1995. She qualified and gained valuable experience in Corporate Law.

Prior to the establishment of the business she gained experience in the corporate environment in general secretarial, company secretarial as well as public relations areas. She has since been joined by Shirell Maree as partner, who also added substantial value to the business. She qualified and gained valuable experience in Business Law, Wills & Estates and Civil Litigation

Since inception

the business concentrated on adding value to its clients and as a consequence has grown into a dynamic small/medium sized business with a wide range of clients. Our clients vary from small/medium to listed entities and cover a wide range of industries. To further improve services to our clients we also formed a number of strategic alliances which proved to be very successful. CST specialises in all statutory compliance, corporate governance and company secretarial matters, no matter the size of the organisation. Dear Valued Clients, please note that CIPC has launched a new website on the evening of 15 September 2014, unfortunately they are experiencing extreme hick-ups with the site and therefor we had limited access on it during the course of the week. Today no access is obtainable and the backlog at CIPC is increasin, although they are ensuring us that the new site will speed up registrations. Please note we are monitoring the situation and ensure you of our utmost efforts to obtain registrations on your documents.
