We are proud to announce Zandile Mposelwa as a Speaker and Resident Mentor at the Mentorly Africa Summit, taking place 7–8 November 2026 in Gaborone, Botswana. A seasoned corporate affairs and public affairs leader with more than 25 years of experience across major industries, Zandile brings a wealth of insight on purpose-driven leadership, influence, visibility and navigating the journey to senior leadership. With an MBA from Henley Business School and a career built around leading with purpose and empowering others, she brings both executive experience and a genuine commitment to mentoring women to the room.

As our Resident Mentor, Zandile will focus on leadership, not simply as a position or title, but as a practice of intentionality, courage, influence and impact. Her journey with Mentorly Africa has already included masterclasses and conversations helping women strengthen their leadership presence, understand their value and navigate professional spaces with greater confidence. Now, at the 2026 Summit, she will bring that experience directly into the room through powerful conversations and meaningful mentorship.
