Some of the work we did at Sebenza SAPS:
- The facility consisted of 9 blocks.
- 3 blocks were demolished in order to make way for the new parking.
- The remaining 6 blocks were refurbished to receive new paint to ceilings and walls, new floor finishes changing from vinyl tiles to ceramic.
- The facility received concrete palisade fence.
- Ordinary toilets were converted in order to accommodate paraplegic people.

If we had to choose a few of our favourite aspects of this project, Hhhhmmmm, they'd definitely be: working with BMG. As contractors they were timeous, professional and well prepared.

The Sebenza SAPS' refurbishment project value was R600000 (vat inclusive). The project duration was 8 months. We worked with Tarch Architects and IGS Consulting Engineers.
