Founders don’t need more notes. They need more things implemented.
That was a big part of the thinking behind our new Civitas Build Tracks.
Founders are time-poor. You attend a great session, leave with pages of notes and a list of things you want to change in your business...
Then Monday happens.
The notes get filed away, the urgent takes over, and very little actually changes.
So we wanted to try something different.
One topic. Four weeks. And time built into every session to actually do the work.
Each Build Track is designed around a specific outcome, with a combination of learning, implementation and Q&A each week.
â–¼ Our first Build Track, with Dominic Koenig, focused on helping founders reclaim time by working more effectively with their assistants.
â–¼ Our second, with Ian Munro from Legitimate Leadership, explored how to build stronger leadership foundations through trust, care, empowerment, standards and accountability.
â–¼ And we're now underway with our third Build Track, Rebuild How You Sell, led by Sean Raymond, helping founders rethink their approach to sales and build more effective sales processes.
The goal isn’t to leave with another notebook full of good ideas.
It’s to leave four weeks later having actually changed something in the way you run your business.
That’s what we want Build Tracks to become.
Less passive learning. More doing.
And we're not done yet!

Moving beyond AI prompts and possibilities to actually building AI into the way you work.
