End product will be a Herb, garlic and beetroot sourdough.

Always use freshly grate raw beetroot in breads, stay away from tin beetroot, cooked beetroot, etc.

You can always add a bit of ascorbic acid to the mix, to help retain the red color of the beetroot, if you dont have ascorbic acid, add 2 vitamin -c tables (crushed finely) to the mix.
