We’re on the hunt for a driven IT professional with a basic qualification and some experience to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge tech, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a keen interest and some understanding of Internet services, VoIP, and network security—we want to hear from you!
What we will be training you to do:
• Supporting Internet services and monitoring dashboards for link failures, VoIP systems setup, Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) installations.
• Maintaining and installing network infrastructure – switches, cabling, network points (Aruba Central system).
• Managing firewalls: Sophos, IShield, Fortigate.
• Troubleshooting technical IT issues: Outlook email, PC setups, software setups, pastel basic, printer setup, WIFi configs, ransomware installation, basic IT hardware repair and upgrades.
What we’re looking for:
1. Some experience in IT Support
2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
3. Timeously resolve IT support tickets and attention to detail
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
5. Must have own reliable transport to perform onsite visits
6. IT qualification relevant to perform entry level IT technician tasks.
7. Well presented, enthusiastic individual who enjoys client facing work
8. Responsible individual who thinks out of the box to get things done
