Walmer Park’s R75 million redevelopment has entered its final phase, with the first phase complete and several new brands already trading.

The project has introduced a new mall area and unlocked sought-after retail space within an otherwise fully let centre. With only 100m² remaining, the strong leasing response confirms Walmer Park’s appeal to retailers and its position as Gqeberha’s leading retail destination.

The final phase is set for completion in November, bringing an even broader fashion, lifestyle, beauty, technology and homeware offering to the centre ahead of the festive trading period.
