Chi Squared is a young company that started in 2010 after breaking away from advertising giant DRAFTFCB Johannesburg in order to pe*****te deeper into the market of visual analytics. The company was started after identifying a strong need for people to not only understand their data, but also integrate it into their decision making process and identify actionable insights. We saw countless busines

ses wasted precious data because of their interdepartmental divide between data analysts and their big picture decision makers. We thus saw the opportunity to create applications that bridge this gap, creating interactive data tools that keep up with the fast paced world of high level decision making as well as finding the most efficient ways to relay this information so that every stakeholder in the business can use it to drive their decision making. Chi Squared has thus evolved into a Visual Analytics company that specialises in data analysis, modelling and strategic design. In this way we are not only able to translate data into actionable insights, but deliver these insights effectively to all the people who matter.

This GUI allows you to interact with masses of data according to the variables and metrics you want to use. You can apply different filters to slice and dice the data in the way you want to see it. It allows you to look at a bigger macro picture and then drill down into a more detailed interrogation of the data. The data can then be viewed in multiple chart types such as line, bar, 100% stacked as these different views give you a more 3 dimensional understanding of your data.
