Her vision was to assist youth by providing free SETA accredited training and career opportunities within the hospitality industry. Lynda's search for a partner within the hospitality industry led her to Raphael Maseko who has more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and is a seasoned trainer specialising in hospitality quality assurance and customer service implementation to meet

the highest international standards. With the addition of Shaun Patterson to provide management experience the business evolved from a vision to reality. CHI Training and Business Solutions provides trained customer facing staff on an outsourced basis to all industry sectors but is primarily focused on the hospitality industry. In house training is conducted by CHI in the hospitality and banking sectors. The company offers free entry level SETA accredited training for youth who wish to embark on a career in hospitality. Workshops and seminars on a diverse range of topics are also hosted and presented by CHI.
