Welcoming Our New ITB General Manager!

Over nearly three decades, I have navigated multiple distinct and rewarding “work lives,” each contributing to my growth and resilience. My career began in deep tech, focusing on integrating legacy systems such as Mainframe MVS, Unix, AS400, and Windows, and pioneering mobile integration in the 90s. This experience laid a strong foundation in systems thinking and problem-solving. My natural affinity for technology and people led me into Pre-Sales and Systems Engineering, where a key opportunity arose after presenting at a European conference, enabling me to work across the US and earn awards like “Systems Engineer of the Year.” Success in this phase was rooted in my technical expertise and ability to build trust and foster collaboration with teams and clients alike. 💻
In my later roles, I transitioned into executive leadership within agile, high-impact organisations, refining my skills in strategic growth, C-level engagement, and human-centric data transformation. Currently, as ITB General Manager at KID Group, I am energised by the dynamic environment, embracing change and challenges with enthusiasm. Passionate about mentorship and driven by a desire to merge technical depth with customer focus, I aim to leverage my broad operations, sales, and strategy experience in new software, implementation, and business development roles. 🌟
