Job description:

Position: Facilitator/Assessor (Finance Specialization)

Location: Eastern Cape (Applicants must live in the area or be able to commute easily)
Employment Type: [Contract]

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate engaging and interactive LG SETA-accredited finance training programs.
Assess learners based on LG SETA requirements and provide constructive feedback.

Deliver training on key financial topics, including budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
Maintain accurate assessment records and reports.
Ensure compliance with LG SETA and quality assurance standards.
Minimum Requirements:

✔ Must be a registered LG SETA Assessor for ID 49554 National Diploma: Public Finance Management and Administration & ID 48965 Certificate: Municipal Financial Management Level 6.
✔ 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
✔ Relevant Finance or Accounting qualifications, such as:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification (SAICA, CIMA, ACCA, or similar) is an advantage.
✔ Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting, and compliance.✔ Experience in
Training, facilitation, and assessment
in a finance-related field.
✔ Strong communication, evaluation, and report-writing skills.✔ Proficiency in training tools and platforms (MS Office, Zoom, LMS, etc.).✔ Must reside within Alfred Nzo District Municipality or be able to commute easily.
