When we not running our businesses we either attending training to be better business owners, learning a new skill to improve our product(s) and or services or simply taking the time to grow and invest in both the business and ourselves. As business women we showed up to learn more about personal and business financial management because sound and smart financial decisions are learned and implemented and not just wishing. Financial coach and author Adelaide Makube held this productive session. Remember that you starting small in a 'big fish' market. You cant afford to limit yourself and be a well kept secret. You need to attract attention, customers and grow that business.

Your business will grow as far as you(business owner) this will also determine how adaptable you and the business are in this ever changing market.
