Minimum Requirements.
1. Metsimaholo residence (preferably a female)
2. Health and Safety qualification
3. Understanding the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001:2007)
4. Ability to work independently and under pressure
5. One year minimum experience

It’s been proven that investing in Health & safety has a significant contribution to organisations bottom-line.

Every company will spend money on safety – either voluntarily or against their will. But they will spend. Smart companies, though, ask how they can get a return on investing that money instead of just spending it.

In order for an organisation to lead in any aspects of the business, the strategised investment is required, that will yield returns in future. The reason for strategised investment is that organisation can't invest based on following the trends, it needs to apply scientific approach prior embarking on any health and safety intervention.
