As Woman’s Month comes to a close, we’re looking back on a special Woman’s Day morning spent with the lovely ladies from Breathe Barre Fabulous Flowers & Gifts Fluent MIA AFRICA by Mia Mélange Stellski™️ The LaserLab SA

The event took place in the atrium of ONEHUNDREDONM | BY FLUENT & started with good coffee followed by a barre class, mimosas & even better company 🧘🏽‍♀️🥂

Building with the next generation ✨

Recently, together with dhk Architects we partnered with DESIGN TIME (PTY) LTD to brief their third year students to reimagine urban living through thoughtful design, innovative ideas & a real-world budget, to curate a Two-bedroom apartment in one of our upcoming developments 🛋️

A few weeks ago, we celebrated their incredible work & awarded the top achievers – acknowledging their incredible work, presentations & dedication.

First Place: Sarah Sims
Second Place: Jordyn Cheary
Third Place: Cody-Ann Bettridge, Jade Dreyer, Ashleigh Witney & Aaron Ward

Honourable Mentions: Samuel Mofokeng, Jessica Cooke, Gemma Kieck, Giulia Basson, Benjamin Price & Margo Kritzinger.

Congratulations to all of you on your achievements & thank you for putting your passion into this project.
