A few years ago, I had the privilege of joining the Women Creating Wealth (WCW) Programme, an experience that profoundly shaped my entrepreneurial journey. Beyond the knowledge and skills I gained, I became part of a remarkable network of women who continue to inspire, challenge and support one another as we build businesses that create lasting impact.
That is why it was especially meaningful to see this journey come full circle.
Recently, STEPS Africa had the honour of manufacturing the graduation sashes for the latest cohort of entrepreneurs who successfully completed the Financial Services Entrepreneurship Programme, delivered by the Graca Machel Trust in partnership with FASSET.
Watching another group of entrepreneurs celebrate this important milestone while wearing products proudly manufactured by our team was both a proud business achievement and a deeply personal moment.
