We all have moments in which we get stuck. Its human. How do we come unstuck?

A simple overview of how you can come unstuck.

If you feel you loop back too often and remain stuck, I am here to help you come unstuck.

Crazy times in our lives or business are often situations or times that bring change(s)/expansion. In these times we often find ourselves or our teams challenged or uncertain in how to navigate through these times.

Often we are so focused on the outcome we want to achieve, that we forget the importance of how we are "being"! We aspire to arrive at a certain outcome but our beingness can sometimes be navigating differently. How are you "being" as you navigate your crazy time?

The results we are seeing unfold are often what we are unconsciously committed to in our being-ness.

𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆?

Yes we can! It's simply about our ability to shift gears.

When I start up with clients especially in high profile or any generally high stress position I work predominantly on helping them understand and regulate their nervous systems.

The reality is that our work stresses do not need to ripple into our home environment.

We can all get stuck here easily and many of my clients find themselves stuck here when I first start their journey with them. I look forward to connecting with you for any questions you may have. Contact me for a 1-on-1 session.

"Leaders who know themselves are generally better leaders." Knowing ourselves and spending time connecting to your inner landscape cultivates your consciousness, empathy and when you bring presence into your leadership you have the recipe for great impact.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀?

"Pushing" towards success is outdated and frankly has not ever been a sustainable option. Causing burnout, disconnect and often a culture of winning at all costs which often impacts the humanness of companies, leaders and even as Parents. "Pushing" often spirals us and others into unhealthy stress responses, continuously moving through survival - a pattern that can even lead to chronic anxiousness.

When our nervous system can find spaces to unwind, feel safe and loved we are able to access an exponentially greater amount of our potential.

To unlock potential we need to start by recognizing how we are being, observe the results we are getting, then only can we assess what is necessary to be "doing"...often we become so focused on doing that we forget to feel into our being.

Ready to explore how you are being and how this relates to how you can unlock your own and the potential in others? Reach out if you would like to know where to start on this journey or to simply assess where you are at currently.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀

Understanding our nervous system and being able to regulate our nervous system can give us greater resilience and clarity of mind when the environment around us increases the stress placed on us.

Sadly clients only realize how they have been ignoring the signs of the body (and the impact of stress) until their health is impacted. And then they turn to working with me on changing their path forward.

Increase your edge. Prevention is always better than cure. And for my conscious clients who realize the importance of understanding their Nervous system, we work on how to manage their inner state so they can sustainably perform at their best rather than having unpredictable health issues that come up causing them even more stress.

If this has been your journey, reach out. I would be happy to chat to you.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽?

Conscious leadership is tapping into the power of presence, the wisdom that we can take from what we feel in our bodies (your information source that is often left untapped) and conscious practices (that include understanding ourselves more deeply ie. our emotional maturity and wisdom, our thinking patterns, our nervous systems). Leaders who know themselves understand and feel naturally more connected to those they lead and those they love.
