3. *Compliance check*: Ventilation, hose expiry date, regulator size, isolator valve
4. We explain the fault to you + give 2 options: repair now or quote for parts

- *Weak/no flame*: Strip and clean burners + jets. Replace blocked or rusted burners
- *Won’t ignite*: Replace piezo igniter, electrode, or thermocouple
- *Gas leak*: Replace hose, regulator, or valve and re-test
- *Uneven heat*: Re-align burners, replace warped grill plates
- *Full service*: Degrease, check gas pressure, calibrate flame

*For Industrial Stoves:*
- *Oven problems*: Replace thermostat, oven element, door seal, hinges, or gas valve
- *Burner problems*: Clean/replace jets for correct blue flame, replace burner taps, pot stands
- *Pilot/FFD issues*: Replace flame failure device + thermocouple so it stays lit safely
- *Leaks/Tripping*: Find the leak, replace copper pipe fittings, re-pressure test
- *Deep clean + tune*: Strip top, clean grease traps, set burner air shutters

We do 80% of repairs in 1 visit. If we need a special part we order it and come back.

- *Burn test*: Check every burner for correct blue flame, no yellow tipping
- *Oven test*: Heat oven to 200°C and check thermostat holds temp
- *Final leak test*: Again, before we leave
