Did you know?
South Africa has several laws that protect the rights of persons with disabilities, including the Employment Equity Act, the SA Constitution including the Bill of Rights, as well as the Skills Development Act and B-BBEE legislation. South Africa is also a signatory to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
These laws exist to ensure that people with disabilities have equal access to employment, education, healthcare and more.
Let’s work together to create a world where every individual has the same opportunities to thrive!
