If a payment was made with an incorrect reference, the client must be transferred to our Debtors department. This process is needed to confirm payments and then only the payments will be allocated to the correct account for activation. Using the correct payment reference is key! Please use your account number as payment reference.

Trust that you are well and warm! We are in for a cold and wet weekend it seems!

Just a small update on the progress for the fibre rollout to your town.

Our Switching centre is almost complete we will remove the jig on Monday coming. We need to be very confident that it has dried adequately, but as soon as we have that confirmation, we will paint and install the electronics required to feed and manage the service to you.

We have been actively trenching the remaining erven and will continue to do so while the switching centre is being completed. For clarity and when we talk about phases, we have put the streets and roads out on a table so that you will be able to align your street with the phases we communicate going forward. Please see the table.

Phases 1-3 are already trenched and the ducts have been installed. Phase 4 is on 95% completion and phase 5 commences next week. As soon as we start installing fibre through the ducts, we will let you know as this is one of the final pushes to get the service active to your premises.

You have been very patient and accommodating and thank you very much for hosting our teams while they are moving around your beautiful town. We will keep you updated as much as we can and if we encounter any snags or setbacks. The coast looks clear at this stage .
