Bhingu From The Mount of Stoa There's no enjoying anything unless one has someone to share it with. Seneca paraphrased This page is about motivation and self help tips.

Specifically, tips on physical and mental well being. The ultimate goal is to spread the idea of tolerance and empathy. To help change the world in how it looks at other people's ideas. To work as a catalyst for change in that regard. All ideas must be respected. It is only after proper scrutiny that they are to be dismissed.

We are called to defend the oppressed not to side with the oppressor in fear. It is righteous to defend the oppressed.

Let us die tonight if we must
Than live with heads bowed
& knees bent
For that heathen uncircumcised
Our heads down pressed
By that monster, Satan owned
We shall die with dignity
Every drop of blood shed
In strength and unity
Death to imperialism
Death to colonialism

I remember projecting my self-doubt and fear on my beloved sister a long time ago. I was young. but I remember. I have done it to many others as well.

People measure you up according to their own capacities. When they say it can't be done, do not listen to them always. Mostly, it is their self-talk. They are telling you of themselves. If you believe it can be done, do it and have grace when you achieve it. Not all their discouragement was meant for harm. of course, you can be petty by reminding them that they were wrong. You would have earned it.

I am an artisan. A pretty good one. But I hate anti intellectualism. They started with saying college and uni is not necessary. Now their chief recently stated books are not important.

We live in an age where being dumb is celebrated. Start the rupture or whatever.

Anthu ambiri bvuto ndi loti timafuna zonse zitheka like yesterday. The pain of waiting things out bothers us.

Thus people never learn new skills.

We never read those big yet informative books.

We never compound save.

Alas, many die poor and unfulfilled.

There's something interesting from Nassim Taleb. He says that the problem with learning from one's mistakes is that what many people call mistakes are not mistakes.
