Inorder to get a permament post in our Company first there is an Off the Job trainining induction training whereby you will be given various vehicles to market on a platform of your choice e.g Marketplace, Gumtree, Olx, Daily paper, and so on and there will be a basic of R3500 and 8% from every vehicle you sale you will receive 8% on that day the vehicle is considered sold
After 4 successful sales you get a Permanent post in Our Head office and become a permanent sales representatives
