Title: IT Specialist

Job Description:
We are a cotton mill specializing in manufacturing of industrial yarns and fabrics.
We have an immediate need for an IT specialist with 2-5 years of experience in the Information Technology Field. We need a self-motivated person that can maintain, support and develop required systems to drive the company in the fourth industrial revolution.
This position requires an intermediate knowledge of Information Technology in general. The IT Specialist will be involved in workstation, server and infrastructure maintenance and support.
This position will also be involved with stores to manage daily stock and stores control.
Education and Experience:
• Minimum A+ and N+ Certification.
• Minimum 2 – 5 Years general information technology experience.
• Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
• SQL and basic database knowledge and maintenance skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Goal driven and self-motivated.
Skills or knowledge in the following will be advantage:
• ERPNext or any other ERP implementation.
• Virtualbox or any other virtualization product.
• MySQL, Firebird, PostgreSQL and other databases.
• Jasper Reports.
• PHP, VB.net, HTML, Javascript, CSS and any other programming languages.
• Postfix, Dovecot, Amavis, Spamassasin mail server on Linux.
• Nagios Network Monitoring.
• Apache and/or Nginx web servers on Linux.
• PFSense Firewall.
Work Hours: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Fridays 7:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. occasionally the employee may need to work overtime as deemed necessary.
