Talking about your product often feels easy when you’re standing in front of someone, but when that same person lands on your store, they don’t experience the same magic when interacting with you and your products in person, so they click away.
And often we blame the website or the product, but that’s often not the underlying problem. The problem is that the story and the magic that exists in person doesn’t make it online.
KAMERS/Makers have asked me to coach ten of their Master Makers finalists through exactly this, from now until November. And if you also struggle with this, then I want to share it with you here over the next few months. So stay tuned!
If this is a familiar struggle, tell me below. I’d love to know what you make.
