Join Le Riche as we celebrate our family and winemaking heritage. With September being Heritage Month in South Africa, we pay homage to this with our Richesse, which is a blend that honours this heritage. A combination of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsaut, the Richesse is a traditional Heritage Blend and has been blended since the early 1900s.
Nature conservation has always been dear to our hearts, with our earlier family members being instrumental in the establishment of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and becoming its first game rangers in the mid-1930s. This legacy was maintained for over 60 years, with a Le Riche as game ranger at the helm of the park for more than six decades.
To celebrate both our nature conservation and winemaking heritage, Le Riche Wines will donate 5% of all bottle sales of our Richesse during the month of September, showing the promotional sticker, to the Game Rangers’ Association of Africa (GRAA), Africa’s oldest and most representative ranger association, founded in 1970 and supporting over 6,000 rangers. Make a difference and help us to contribute to the wellbeing of not only South African, but African rangers at large. They play a vital and important role in protecting our continent, wildlife, and communities.
