Today is the start of the Winemaking Mod 6 for the new group of the 2024 intake…they are progressing fast, and as usual they have to write the previous moodules test, in this case mod 5….it is all concentration so early in the morning before the rest of fun starts!

Today and tomorrow we are doing a second SKOP 2 Afrikaans course for the year, the knowledgable mr Brenton Maarman doing the lecturing and the learners are getting a taste of using the microscope and learning about all the micro organisms active in the winemaking proses!

Today and tomorrow we have the Winemaking Learnership at DelVera again for the 2024 intake, now in full swing with the Mod 3 training, thanks to Anthonij Rupert, Du Toitskloof Wine, Montagu Wines, Namaqua Wines, Origin Wines, Perdeberg Wines, Stettin Wines, Strandveld Wines, Villiersdorp Wines, Vinimark, KWV and Heineken Beverages!

Yesterday and today we are doing the SKOP 2 Afrikaans training, yesterday we had as lecturer Denovan Daniels and today it was the turn of lecturer Brenton Maarman! A nice bunch of participating learners from Accolade Wine, Anthonij Rupert, Audacia, Ayama, Bloemendal, Bosman Adama, De Meye, DGB, Kanonkop, KWV, Laffort, Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines, Neethlingshof, Stellenbosch Hills, Heineken Beverages and Anru Snyman!
