Did you know?

A portion of our Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay is fermented and aged in 500L Italian clay amphorae. No oak flavour, just skin contact and time on lees in a vessel the Romans used. It gives us wines with texture, saltiness and depth, while staying completely true to our mountain fruit.

Can you spot the 2 little babies hiding in their lofty nest?

The Jackal Buzzard (Buteo rufofuscus) gets its name from its call. The loud, harsh, yelping call sounds almost identical to the yelp or barking call of the Black-backed Jackal.
