USC Security Urban Safeguard Control is a security company that was established in 1996. Together against crime! Our training staff is all registered with PSIRA.

Mr Jan Liebenberg, Managing Director of USC Security, has been employed in the South African Army for 19 years, leaving the force with the rank of Colonel. His decision to leave the SA Army was that he saw an opportunity in using his vast experience in serving the community in its battle against crime. Thus USC Security was established and started serving the farming community in the Stellenbosch

region. By word of mouth, the company is growing steadily, due to the excellent and honest service being provided. Staff are managed and motivated in a professional manner and, where possible, individuals are developed to meet their full potential. Strong emphasis is placed on promoting from within the company. Specialised training programs are originated and presented for various industries. Senior Operations management have many years of experience among them. They are available to clients to discuss any perceived service difficulties and in fact, encourage clients to consult them on the broader aspects of loss prevention.

Good afternoon everyone

There has been an increase on knifepoint cases on Stellenbosch University grounds the past couple of months and it is escalating immensely.
Please stay vigilant and try not to walk alone, even if you do live close by.
People are desperate and are doing this in broad daylight.
So please, be aware of your surroundings and if anything looks out of place, get to safe, public place with a lot of people.
