🎾 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆: 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗹, 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘀… 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.

Still one of my favourite days this year!

I brought some clients, friends and great people together at PadelX for a morning of competition, laughs, pizza and a few questionable padel shots. 🏆

But honestly, that’s what I enjoyed most.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆.

Sometimes it’s about putting the phones down, stepping away from the deals and simply spending time with the people you’ve met along the way.

Because a property transaction might be how a relationship starts…

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀. 👊

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. 🏆🎾

One of the biggest mistakes buyers make is budgeting only for the deposit. 💰

When buying a property in South Africa, you also need to consider costs like:

🔑 Transfer costs
🏦 Bond registration costs
📑 Conveyancing fees
💡 Municipal/utility costs and other smaller expenses

𝘒𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘶𝘱𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘥 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳.

Want to buy a property? Make sure you know the full cost before you sign. I can help you with that. Comment Property if you want to know more.

🏉 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗥𝘂𝗴𝗯𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲! 🇿🇦

One of the things I’ve always loved about rugby is that it’s something my dad and I have enjoyed together for years.

From watching games at home to arguing over every referee decision 😂 — some things just never change.

And this weekend, I’m definitely looking forward to another big one!

🇿🇦 Bulls vs New Zealand
📍 Loftus Versfeld, Pretoria
🕖 Saturday | 19:00

There’s just something special about South African rugby weekends. 🇿🇦🔥

🏉 𝗔𝗹𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝘁… 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆? 🇿🇦

And if you need a property guy while I’m not watching rugby… 😉
