How to spot a phishing email.

This email was not sent from a VOX email address - please see highlighted part, but pretends to come from VOX.
Photo 2:
When you hover the mouse pointer over the link this email wants you to open - see highlighted part - you can see the address of the link it will take you too it is not a VOX address. Do not click the link. It will take you too a page that has been made to look like a login page but once you put your login details the scammers will be able to log into your mailbox because you just gave them your details!
