Dear Yutiliti Customers,

Please take note of the attached article regarding the current internet outages affecting multiple providers across South Africa:

We are aware that some customers have experienced intermittent connectivity and service disruptions. While services have improved significantly, recovery is still ongoing and not yet fully stabilised in all areas.

Based on the information currently available, the disruptions appear to be linked to sustained DDoS attacks impacting several South African hosting and internet infrastructure providers.

At this stage, there is no confirmed indication of a Yutiliti-specific issue, and the impact appears to be upstream and industry-wide rather than fully within our direct control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while service providers continue working toward full restoration.

All regional network outages in Springbok and South Coast of KZN have been resolved.

We experienced disruptions due to unforeseen power outages and cable damage affecting multiple of our upstream providers.

We apologize for the prolonged outage and any inconvenience caused.
