• Site Visitation & Appraisal: This is where the client and appointed agent visit site for the first time for inspection & to get all the necessary information and briefing of the project.
• Design Presentation

(3D Visualization & Rendering): Check Council regulations. Any design changes will thereafter be discussed (if any).
• Council Submission Drawings: Develop the design. Prepare & submit drawings to the Local Authority/Municipality for approval. Deal with any special consents required from the Council.
• Construction Drawings and Specifications: Preparation of drawings, details & specifications as required by the builder to quote from & then updated to be built off, i.e. window schedule, door schedule, finishes schedule, sanitary schedule, electrical layout, ceiling layout, water reticulation plan.
