From a small dream in an office of an unfinished house in June 2020, to a company that now powers homes, trains young people, and feeds families. 6 years of grace!
Yesterday we celebrated our anniversary, but we also celebrated loyalty, hard work, the legend.

Long before NECS Engineers was officially registered, he was already here. Showing up every day. Working with no excuses. Putting the company ahead of himself.
His exceptional resilience, invaluable skill, and unwavering loyalty since 2019 has built the foundation of our success.
_In a world where loyalty is rare, Magau proved that loyalty still pays._
Loyalty is coming to work when you are tired.
Loyalty is staying when it's hard to stay, when it's unfit to stay, but you still stay.
Loyalty is protecting the company name as if it is your own name.
Loyalty is believing in a vision when there is no proof yet, only faith.
That is what Magau gave us. For 6 years, he did not just work for NECS - he carried NECS on his back.
_When many wanted heavy salary, a heavy salary or a meaningful salary, Magau wanted a purpose. Magau wanted a goal. Magau wanted to build a future._
So we did not just appreciate him with words.
_We honored him._
_It was not an easy decision to make. As the sole director and the founder of NECS Engineers, it was not easy to take a part of me and give it to someone else, to take part of the company and give it to someone else. I have been meditating on this decision since mid 2024. This decision was not made today. This decision was not made out of excitement. This decision was not made out of fear. This decision was long made. It was long meditated. It took time for me to realize that he is truly worth it._
_We formally appointed him as a shareholder of Ndou Electrical Construction & Supply Engineers (Pty) Ltd trading as NECS Engineers, vested shareholding equity free of cost._
_But understand this: This is not just shareholding. This is not just rights to the company. This is a legacy. This is a legacy to his family, a legacy to his children. A legacy that will remain even when he is no longer here. We did not just give him shares - we gave him a future that his children will benefit from. He is no longer just a worker. He is now a shareholder, an owner, a father who has secured a legacy for his bloodline._
This is beyond an award. From today, he steps beyond the boundary of a staff member to stand as an executive partner, co-owning the legacy, the future, and the shared prosperity of this enterprise.
He came as a worker. He stayed as a brother. Today he rises as an owner.
Magau, this is your house. You earned the keys. 👏❤️
