❤🙏🏻✨It is an honour for the SABPP Student Chapter to be invited to bring a Word of Encouragement at the Black Forum South Africa Student Chapter dialogue:
"30 Years of the Constitution: Promise or Failure?"
Held today at the UNIVEN Senate Chamber, this conversation was timely and necessary. 30 years into our democracy, we as future HR practitioners, lawyers and leaders must ask not only what the Constitution promised, but what role we play in making that promise real in lecture halls, workplaces, and communities.
To the BFSA Student Chapter Chairperson Mr. Rannzida HJ and Secretary Ms. Babalola J - thank you for the invitation and for creating a platform for critical, youth-led engagement.
To our esteemed speakers:
Adv RALIKHUVHANA - Acting Judge of the High Court of SA
Mr L Magau - Public Law Lecturer & PhD Candidate
Mr LR Ndou - Public Law Lecturer
Adv RASESEMOLA M - Advocate of the High Court of SA
Thank you for grounding us in law, in lived reality, and in responsibility.
As SABPP, we left encouraged that the Constitution remains a living promise - but it needs ethical, people-centred professionals to protect it.
