Some of us we rely on people more than ourselves. We can't do anything until the people we rely on approve it because we don't believe in ourselves and we don't even trust the decision we make. People will disappoint you and delay your progress because they know that you depend on them to move forward. You don't need anyone approval to do anything, your the Chief Executive officer of your own life. Do yourself a favor and start to rely on yourself. -Peter de Great(PdG)

You can have everything but never forget where you come from. Always remember those people who make things happen by supporting you even thou it wasn't financial support. Some people have tendency to forget their own family and focus on impressing people out there thinking they do care or love them, the truth is they don't care about you but they care about what you have now. The position of leadership doesn't prove that your a leader but understanding your responsibility to serve from your position can prove your leadership skills. That's why we have people who occupy position but not remembered because they fail to understand their responsibility to serve those who voted them in. The youth of today should stop to be ignorant and take themselves serious. We are so ignorant even if things affect us, we sit down and watch and expect change. The generation that is good on pointing fingers but doing nothing. The generation that expect leaders to do everything and forget that without support is difficult to bring change. The future of every country or continent lies on young people. We do have few young people who are willing to solve problems but is impossible for them to achieve it because they don't have support. As young people we don't have jobs but we cannot challenge it or come up with strategies that can solve our problems because we want people to do things for us. We need to arise and shine. Let's support each other so that we can achieve our goal.-Peter de Great(PdG)

It's easy to make excuses and blame other's that if it was not them, today I will be a better person. We love to focus on things that will not help us and we cannot change but ignore things that can change our lives. Why you don't notice the beautiful things they did to you not the things they fail to do for you. We need to put ourselves on other people's shoes before we blame them because you have no idea how difficult it was for them to raise you. Get over it and focus on building your future and your family. Everything lies on you, if you choose to sit down and do nothing about your life, you will reap nothing. No body owes you anything. I've learn that most of the people who comes from disadvantaged families their the one who end up doing things that will not take them any where. Most of us who comes from disadvantaged family we want to fit in but we know very well our situation from home but we will end up lying to our struggling parents to send the little they have to impress people who doesn't even care about what we do. If people can't accept who you are, let them go. Your too smart to hurt your own parents by trying to fit in or be accepted by the group of people. Appreciate the little you have and accept that at the moment you don't have enough but you will have it and focus on building you future not material relationships. Stay focus and appreciate what you have now so that you can better your background.-Peter de Great(PdG)

Pretending to people will not take you anywhere and it will cost you not to get assistance from others because they think everything is okay with you. Most of us we don't get assistance because of pride and we pretend like everything is alright. Empty pride will cost you not the people you're trying to impress. Everyone has ideas but few people do something about their ideas. You can have millions of ideas but if you don't act on them, you will remain the same. It's not about how many ideas you have that will make you rich or successful, but it's how much action you put in to back your ideas that will open your way to success.
