We’re a staff of graduate agricultural engineering most with advanced degrees and equally important, we’ve solid agricultural production backgrounds. We grew up, and still live, on farms. That means good communication and common sense about agriculture, both critical in efficiently solving your engineering problems. Confidence. You’ve got to have it in us, but more importantly, we’ve got to have it in ourselves. That’s why we keep current on technical knowledge and engineering tools, attend research and educational seminar, read pertinent publications and routinely confer with other professional agricultural consultants and engineers. Both of us must work with government agencies, and trade organizations. So we maintain routine work relationship with Department of Agriculture extensions, natural resource conservation services, environmental protection agency, state regulatory agencies and trade organizations. And to help you make wiser decisions, we maintain a working knowledge of agriculture and construction equipments of suppliers – at the same time, keeping on independent and objective posture. When Agricre first met Aluwani, she was farming on one borrowed hectare of land, barely able to produce enough to sell in her village.
Today, she employs 12 people, supplies fresh produce to local schools, and feeds over 600 learners daily.
Aluwani isn’t just farming — she’s building a healthier, educated community.

2. Our Greatest Asset Isn’t Land — It’s People

When Sihle joined our program, she had only half a hectare and no irrigation system.
What he did have was determination.
Through Agricre training and mentorship, she learned efficient planting methods, connected with markets, and doubled her yield.
Today, his farm funds his children’s education.
Sihle proves that while land can be measured in hectares, people’s potential is limitless.

When avian flu wiped out Menzi’s egg business, he was ready to quit.
