1. Reception:

Ensures the reception area is manned 100% during working hours.
Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives telephone calls and visitors.
Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously assesses received calls / enquiries and directs and / or records and relays messages.
Monitors all visitors before giving access through the front door, which is kept locked at all times.

Ensure that employees requesting to use the pool cars complete the request and that the relevant manager approves the document prior to handing over of keys to the required pool car.
Any issues with the cars to be reported to the Facilities Supervisor asap.
Courier:
Couriering of goods and documents in the most cost effective way.
Completing the required waybills accurately.
Contacting the Courier to collect within the required time.
All goods delivered by Courier, to be signed for and the recipient to be notified to collect.
