BANGLES - 18 YEAR OLD FEMALE - GAUTENG
Bangles lived with Axel, who is already in a trial home thanks to a wonderful family. You will recall that when we advised that Axel was available for adoption, we said he has an 18 year old sister, and that the family were considering whether to ask us to find her a new home too, or to let her cross the rainbow bridge. We've spoken extensively to Bangles' owners, and agree that as she is still fit, we need to try find her a new home. We're also going to tell you that Bangles' dad is a highly qualified man, but unfortunately has not been able to find work lately in South Africa, and has found work overseas. It is really painful for him and his wife to leave their precious spaniels behind, but they need to earn an income to survive. So please, no harsh words due to the fact that Bangles is 18 and is looking for a retirement home, as she is the apple of her mom and dad's eye.
Whoever adopts Bangles needs to have space in their lounge for her leather chair, as that needs to go with her lol. She is addicted to sitting in her chair and won't share it with anyone! Bangles likes an afternoon snooze, but still swims and plays ball to keep fit and looking young. She really doesn't look 18! She has some harmless little age lumps and bumps on her body, and a little bit of arthritis in her front leg, but is otherwise very fit, and her eyesight and hearing are good. Bangles does not like thunder and lightning, and sometimes needs to take something to relax her when it's stormy outside. Bangles does not know cats, but is good with other dogs. She is great with strangers, but a little unsure of young children she doesn't know. Bangles has already been sterilized. Her adoption fee will be waived due to her age, but a home check will still apply. Please email us on [email protected] for an adoption application form. We know there must be a family out there who are looking to adopt an adorable old girl, who comes with her own leather chair 😉❤ N.B. for practical reasons, i.e. due to her age, flying would be too much for her, and her chair needing to go with her, we are looking for a home in Gauteng for Bangles.
