Mmino-Ngweding (meaning Moonsong in Setswana) is a lunar cycle song dedication and collective process not only highlights how individuals and communities have an interdependent relationship with each other, the cosmos and the land, but also provides us the space and tools to practice that integration into being again.

At the MminoNgweding deep rest retreat we will together and under the stars enjoy a rooftop camping experience of expansion into the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual gifts of the season through live music, indigenous gardening, two gf plant based meals with drinks, sound sessions with a live deep rest session through the night, two african somatic movement therapy sessions, star gazing and so much more.

Tickets are only R400 and we still have a few left. This is a kid-friendly event and no alcohol will be served. Details to join are on our website which can be found in the bio link or visiting

Amidst all that was going on I wasn't able to share these pre-spring equinox reflections on the Mphatlhalatsane (Venus)♀️- Ngwedi (Moon)🌚 occultation that took place on September 14th. Their effects remain present and at Mminongweding "Moonsong" retreat we will be reflecting through more on how these shifts and the current season is influencing us and how we can engender more care, responsibility and harmony with the time period.

Prayers of healing up for all victims of abuse, all families suffering, all Nations suffering, all women and children who are tormented by our current reality who wonder if they belong here. You do belong and are so deserving of feeling safe while you are here. Prayers to the people of the East rand of Johannesburg, South Africa, and for all men who's lives are senselessly being taken daily.

On Africa day/ womb day🥳we will be gathering for our final preparation call before the upcoming Wombdance Goddess Gathering journey starting on May 31st through to October 18th.

There are many singing points so expect to be re-united in song practice in honour of that which cradles us, whether we are aware of it or not. Whether we acknowledge her or not.
Whether we care for her or not, has and has in all the ways been there.
Whether we were robbed or removed from sacred practice with her or not.
Her love for us remained. Consistent.
And indestructible.
Whether we continue to denegrate her valleys and streams and implode ourselves inside of her, to be reborn as a species again through a different timeline or not,
She will remain.
Never changing.
Holding without forcing or clinging.
She will ALWAYS be there for us.

Join the sacred honouring session for Free. Queens and princesses only for this one. This Monday May 25th, 7-8pm. Online via Zoom. Rsvp at the link to let us know
