If You're AMBITIOUS But LAZY, READ THIS.

You're not lazy.
You're uninspired.

There's a difference.

Lazy people don't lie awake at night thinking about what their life could look like.

You do.

Lazy people don't feel the burning frustration of knowing they're capable of more.

You do.

Lazy people aren't reading posts like this at 11pm wondering why they can't get out of their own way.

You are.

That's not laziness.

That's a person who hasn't found the RIGHT reason yet.

My rich dad told me something I never forgot.

He said: "Robert, nobody is lazy about the things they truly care about."

He was right.

You will drive 3 hours for a concert. You will stay up until 2 am for a show. You will spend hours researching a vacation you may never take.

You are not lazy.

You just haven't connected your ambition to something that MATTERS enough to you yet.

Here's the truth nobody tells you.

Discipline is not the answer.

Purpose is.

Discipline runs out. Willpower runs dry.

But when you are building something that genuinely excites you — something that is YOURS — you don't need discipline.

You need a calendar.

So stop punishing yourself for being "lazy."

Start asking a better question:

"What would I work on even if nobody paid me?"

"What problem do I care enough about to solve?"

"What does the life I keep imagining actually require me to do TODAY?"


The gap between where you are and where you want to be is not effort.

It's clarity.

Get clear.

It never is.

78, If You're In Your 20s Or 30s - Read This...

Here's 5 lessons I wish my Poor dad taught me when I was young.

1.Most people work hard their entire lives and retire poor.

Not because they were lazy. Because they were never taught the difference between earned income and passive income.

-> Earned income is money you work for. You stop working — it stops coming.

-> Passive income is money that works for you. You sleep — it keeps coming.

Schools teach you to maximize earned income. Get a degree. Get a raise. Work harder.

The rich build passive income.

Every financial decision I've made for 50 years has been pointed at one target: income that doesn't require my presence.

That's the game. Learn it now. Not at 60.

2. Taxes will be the biggest expense of your life. And most people never study them.

I am not a tax expert. But I became financially free in part because I understand how the tax code works, and who it was written for.

It was not written for employees. Employees pay the highest taxes. On every dollar they earn. Before they even see it.

It was written for business owners and investors.

They pay last. They deduct first.

The single most powerful financial move you can make in your 20s is start a business — even a small one.

Not because of the income. Because of the tax advantages that instantly become available to you.

3. Inflation is a tax that nobody voted for.

Right now, watching this war in the Middle East and oil at over $110 a barrel — you are watching inflation being manufactured in real time.

Your savings account is paying you 4%. Inflation is running higher. You are losing money while feeling like you're saving it.

Gold, silver, real estate, commodities — these are not investments.

They are protection. My rich dad called them "God's money." They've existed for 5,000 years. The dollar has existed for 250.

Which one do you trust more?

4. The people who taught you about money were employees.

Your teachers. Your parents. Your professors. Most of them traded time for money their entire lives.

They taught you what they knew. But what they knew was how to be an employee.

Don't learn how to fish from someone who's never been to the ocean.

Find mentors who have what you want. Not people who teach what you want.

5. Stop waiting to feel ready.

I was not ready when I quit my job at Standard Oil at 26 to go to Vietnam.

I was not ready when I started my first business. I was not ready when I wrote Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Ready is a feeling. Rich is a decision.

The best time to start was yesterday. The second best time is today.


I'm 78.

I've watched generation after generation make the same mistakes because the same broken system keeps producing the same broken results.

You don't have to be one of them.

The information exists. The tools exist. The only thing that has to change is your decision to use them.

Go get rich.
